Functional configuration:

  • Control system,adopt new design philosophy of mechatronics, combination of memory reset functional LCD computer phase instrument and planet circumference adjust plate system, realize adjustment without stopping machine and control precision can reach to 0.1mm,preset counter, can input production quantity in advance, automatic alarm when number in place and avoid overstocked products and wasting.
  • Transmission system, each transmission shaft and gear adopt no key joining ring and crosshead shoe transmission mechanism,realize complete machine gear running without interval,improve printing precision greatly.
  • Ink transfer system, adopt high precision anilox roller and ink transfer rubber roller,independent motor drive, overrun clutch separation, guarantee machine stop but ink not, pneumatic diaphragm pump inking and pneumatic lifting plate.
  • Whole cast iron rails, aging treatment,integration of machining center, precision machined solid wallboard use 140mm joist steel strengthen connection.
